If you want to make Him your Lord and Savior you could say this prayer: Lord Jesus, I confess You as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me for all of my sins, I repent and I turn to You. I hated this drill. Especially when you had to drop to the floor if you missed it. Our coach took it a step further by making the ball go opposite ends of that side of the court. Upgraded it even further when he had a group of 6 pass the ball throughout the entire court and then the entire team to try to keep the ball up throughout the entire gym which held 3 courts!!! Made me a better player though. As a setter I had to always go for second ball so hustling was part of it. I miss volleyball so much.

Drill is called “Texas Tough” and its is how I tore my PCL in half. Diving for a ball in this exact drill in practice and landed wrong.

Oh, now I undestand why I cannot react/adjust properly. So it has something to do with my base stance. I always put my arms/hands down and kind of near each other. My reasoning for that is for me to quickly form a platform. Turns out what I'm doing is not the right thing and pretty much limiting my ability to react/adjust my defense.

This was a drill a lot us hated but I actually miss it

My coach does that technique last August during volleyball camp and he realized how hard I worked actually paid off for my bloody face due slammed my face on floor to dig the balls!!
